FRITZMAR acts as the Business Development Manager for North America, focusing on new markets. This includes lead generation, quoting customers, trade shows, and technical support. We’ve introduced this technology to manufacturers of ammonia reformers, opening a new market for the client.
FRITZMAR generates leads in North America, focusing on expanding the company’s presence in the hard-to-reach injection molding market. Working closely with the Swiss headquarters provides a directed, team approach.
FRITZMAR developed the international distribution network and implemented a web-based platform which allowed distributors to use CutGuru’s front-end web store while customizing the back end to their specific market. Bridging the needs of headquarters and the distributor base created a solution that made both groups more efficient.
After the acquisition of CutGuru by Gerber Technology, FRITZMAR acted as the liaison between the two entities and helped with the data migration from Quickbooks to SAP. FRITZMAR’s knowledge of management, processes, and the two entities ensured a smooth transition.
